Order Processing

  • Ready-made items are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase.

  • Custom orders are made to order. Timeframes for creation and dispatch will be discussed and agreed upon during the custom order process.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be provided with a tracking number. Delivery timeframes vary depending on location and Australia Post services. Please refer to the Australia Post website for current delivery estimates.

Lost or Damaged Items

The Dreaded Hollow is not responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged during transit.

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, you must lodge an enquiry or investigation directly with Australia Post, using your tracking number.

International Orders & Customs

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please research your local customs requirements before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of hair products and custom-crafted items:

  • Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • Ready-made items are not eligible for return or exchange unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
